Upgrading or changing your Study Plan - please read!

Dear Students,

In these days, students enrolled in the degree programmes offered by the Department of Economia ad Impresa (DEI) are being asked to choose or modify their Plan of Study (PdS).

Please note that this procedure does NOT apply to students enrolled in the Data Science degree programme.

For Data Science students, the following rules apply, depending on your current status:

a) First-year students regularly enrolled in AY 2026/27

You choose your Plan of Study at the time of enrolment.
If you wish to modify it, you will have the opportunity to do so during a specific window that will be opened in Spring 2027.

b) First-year students enrolled “upon reserve” (con riserva) in AY 2026/27

You should choose your Plan of Study only after your “reserve” status has been resolved.

Once this has happened, please contact the Student Secretariat (Segreteria Studenti) and ask them to update your status and enable the regular procedure for your Plan of Study.

Please keep in mind that, until the reserve has been resolved, you cannot officially take examinations.

c) Second-year students

You were asked to submit your proposed Plan of Study during the designated window in June–July 2026. Your plans were subsequently made official in September.

A small number of plans required revisions, and these cases are currently being examined.

If you now wish to change your Plan of Study, you cannot modify it directly through the online portal. Instead, you must submit a formal request (istanza) through the portal, explaining and motivating your request.

If the request is adequately justified, it will be submitted for approval to the next Faculty Council.

d) Students beyond the second year (“fuori corso”)

The same rules described in point (c) apply to students who are currently beyond the second year (“fuori corso”).

In particular, changes to an already officialised Plan of Study must be requested through a formal, motivated application (istanza) and cannot be made autonomously through the portal.

Please therefore do not try to submit a new Plan of Study through the procedure currently open for DEI students: it is just NOT available for you!
