About Study plans - please read!

Students enrolling in the first year of the course
You are required to choose a curriculum and 2 supplementary classes together with 2 elective classes. These 4 classes will be offered to you only when you enter the second year.
Please do not agonize about the choice of the curriculum and of the classes: the classes of the first year are all mandatory for both curricula and in the summer 2027 it will be possible for you to update your choices for the second year.

Students entering second year
You have been offered a long time window in the last summer to choose your plan.
Your plans have been by now approved by the Faculty Council (they may be look not yet approved on the portal because the offices are busy and taking an extra time to do the upgrade).
Please observe that to know your plans in the summer of the previous AY is necessary to the University to organize the offer of the classes before the new AY starts.
Becasue of what abov, normally you CANNOT change your plan anymore but... if you really wish to change something in your plan you may ask about the change with an official instance to the University through the SMART-EDU platform.
Instances to other persons will not be taken into consideration.
The instances will be examined as soon as possible by the Faculty Council that may or may not approve them.
It is important to produce the istances no later than the second week of the term when the requestes classes are offered. Later requests will be not even considered.

Students repeating second year
You may produce istances to update your study plan as the second year student (same rules, same way to present the instance) but be aware that you will not be able to take exam of the new classe before they are completely concluded for the term you asking the change.
